The four seasons

There is something that makes me go crazy, out of my mind crazy, in here. It's the shops follow up with the global seasons.

The other day, I was in gallery Lafayette , and I saw Autumn offers. My poor mind automatically laughed at the joke, before it remembered that yes its actually Autumn. But then I want to shout at them "Hey get a grip where do you see autumn???!!!" I only see summer for god's sake ..summer , summerest and summerful !!! These are the only seasons they need to be giving offers and special deals for.

And this is not just it. They , I mean the shops, push things very far. They bring the big winter clothing arsenal in here. For example , some shops have already brought some big winter coats , wool tops and furs. It sent a chill to my bones .. I'm sure their marketing guys are definitely based in Switzerland! Or may be their offices are having windows over SKI DUBAI . Or maybe they have a noble mission. That is to let us, people based in Dubai, always remember our home country and its winter days!

Then people tell me, no these shops are selling to tourists. Well I can't imagine any tourist buying a Puffa jacket while the temperature is still roaring outside! Yesterday I saw a shop selling UGG boots and I pictured myself wearing one to go to future interviews. Must probably work better than the high heels.. I'll get a market research job on the spot, but based in Alaska!

I also just received an email from Etihad Airlines saying "enjoy this winter blablablah"...And I thought , are you guys high on something or listening to Vivaldi's winter !!! ANYWAY ...I don't miss the winter nor autumn for that matter AT ALLL!!!

Meanwhile, let us all enjoy the music with them.
